A: We take pride in our packaging! Our goods are carefully packed in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. However, if you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.

Q2. What are your payment terms?

A: We want to make the payment process as smooth as possible for you. We require a 30% deposit via T/T, and the remaining 70% is to be paid before delivery. To give you peace of mind, we'll even show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. How do you deliver your products?

A: We offer various delivery terms to suit your needs. You can choose from EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, or DDU.

Q4. What is your estimated delivery time?

A: We understand the importance of timely delivery. Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. However, the specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce products based on samples?

A: Absolutely! We can produce products according to your samples or technical data. In fact, we can even build the molds and fixtures required.

Q6. What is your sample policy?

A: If we have ready parts in stock, we can supply a sample. However, please note that customers are responsible for the sample cost and courier cost.

A: Yes, we take quality seriously! We conduct a 100% test on all our goods before delivery to ensure they meet our high standards.
